Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt. Pour it into a bowl and add the sugar, oil, vanilla, cinnamon and gradually the flour. You can stir with a stirrer or wooden spoon.

Once the mixture homogenizes, distribute it into muffin cups (oiled and lightly floured ahead of time if needed).

Put 1 tsp of jam of your choice into each muffin. Put the Muffins without Eggs to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 20 min. or until ready.

Instead of jam you can also use chopped, well dried fruits of your choice. You can roll them in some breadcrumbs or flour before you add them to the dough.find similar recipes here
