Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • spinach - 16 oz (450 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • eggs - 1 - 2
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • dill - 1/2 bunch
  • black pepper - ground, to taste
  • savory - 1 tsp, dried
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Boil the potatoes, but not too much, peel and grate them. Blanch the spinach for 1-2 min. and leave it to drain well before you cut it up and add it to the potatoes.
