"This cake is so overwhelmingly delicious that you are going to have to celebrate New Year`s at least 4-5 separate times."

Ingredients

  • cake layers - 3, white, square
  • cream cheese - 2 cups (500 g), or mascarpone
  • confectionery cream - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • coconut flakes - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • pineapples - 1 can
  • pomegranate
measures

How to make

Prepare the cream mixture by beating the cream and powdered sugar with a mixer.

Add the cream cheese in small lots, while continuing to beat until you get a smooth mixture. Add the coconut flakes as well.

Drain the canned pineapple's juice into a small bowl. Form some of the pineapple pieces into star shapes, using a knife.

Cut the cake layers into strips, as tall as the height of the cake form's ring. Place the ring in the middle of a cake platter.

Syrup the first 3 pieces of cake layer with the pineapple juice. Arrange them tightly along the inside of the ring. Scoop from the cream with a spatula and smear it evenly over the layers.

The thickness of the cream needs to be the same as the thickness of the layers. Continue until you the reach the middle of the cake form. Smear cream on the top of the cake as well, even it out very well.

Remove the ring and smear the sides of the cake. Arrange the pineapple stars on top and decorate with pomegranate seeds. Put it to harden in the fridge.
