How to make

Wash the vegetables and chop them. Heat oil in a deep pan and saute the onions, carrots and peppers. Once they soften, add the rice and saute until it turns clear. Season the dish with spices and pour about 2 cups of water in it.

Put the chopped potatoes and zucchini in an oven dish. Add the vegetable mix from the pan. Pour in enough water to cover all of the ingredients. Put the oven dish in a preheated oven until all the ingredients cook.

Next, add the tomatoes and parsley. Bake the dish for another 10 min. Finally, pour on a topping made from the yoghurt, eggs and flour. Bake the moussaka finished on the upper element only until the topping reddens.
