Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 3 cups (700 g)
  • gelatin - 2 packets
  • honey - 3 tbsp
  • sugar - 5 tbsp
  • jam - 4 tbsp, strawberry
  • water

How to make

Soak 1 packet of gelatin in 5 tbsp water. Once it dissolves and swells, heat it briefly in the microwave.

Mix the strawberry jam with 2-3 tbsp water and add the gelatin you just made. Stir and pour it into cups. Prop them up at an angle and leave them to gel.

Dissolve the 2nd packet of gelatin according to the directions.

Beat the yoghurt with the honey and sugar, add the gelatin. Pour the yoghurt mixture into cups and put them to gel in the fridge for about an hour.
