"Today the temptation is huge and chocolaty. Roll up your sleeves for this easy Chocolate Cake with a hazelnut flavor."

Ingredients

  • for the layers
  • eggs - 2
  • yoghurt - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g), grated, with hazelnuts
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • flour - 1 cup
  • oil - 1/2 tbsp
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp
  • for the glaze
  • dark chocolate - 7 oz (200 g), grated, with hazelnuts
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • lemon zest - of 1 lemon
  • white chocolate - several blocks

How to make

Beat the eggs very thoroughly, add the powdered sugar to them. Add the yoghurt and remaining ingredients and stir well.

Lay out the bottom of an oven dish with baking paper and pour in the mixture. Bake until ready at 300°F (150 °C).

Take the cake out. Melt the chocolate with the oil in a water bath and pour it over the cake.

Sprinkle on the lemon zest and decorate with pieces of white chocolate.
