Ingredients

  • eggs - 6
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • vanilla sugar - 3 packets
  • sour cream - 2 cups (500 g)
  • powdered sugar - to taste
  • milk - 1 1/2 cups (375 ml)
  • coconut flakes - for sprinkling

Preparation

Beat 6 eggs with a cup of sugar to a nice foam.

Pour in 2 packets of vanilla sugar and about 2/5 cup (100 g) flour. Pour the mixture in a buttered oven dish and bake (without preheating the oven) until dry on the inside.

The mixture swelled nicely. Just be sure not to open the oven door. When it's time to check on it with a toothpick, open the door just a little and after 5 min. open it all the way.

Once you take it out, pour 1 1/2 cups of milk, sweetened with powdered sugar, over it.
Beat 2 cups of sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla and pour it on top. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and put it in the fridge for 1 hour to harden.
