Ingredients

  • dough - 14 oz (400 g), for pizza
  • tomatoes - 2, medium - sized
  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp
  • peppers - 1
  • eggs - 1, boiled
  • gouda - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mozzarella - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • basil
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • corn - 2 tbsp, canned

How to make

Spread out the dough in a suitable pizza pan with a nonstick bottom. Smear it with tomato paste.

Cut the tomatoes and pepper into round slices and arrange them on top. Add round slices of the boiled egg and sweet corn.

Sprinkle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven. Before it's ready, sprinkle it with grated gouda and pieces of mozzarella.

Bake until they melt. Garnish with basil.
