How to make
Remove the skins from the legs. Saute the vegetable mix in 2-3 tbsp of oil.
Smear the legs with olive oil, season with salt and black pepper. Distribute the processed cheese onto the steaks. Sprinkle with the colorful vegetable stuffing and wrap them into rolls.
Arrange the rolls in an oven dish with a nonstick coating and bake in a preheated oven until golden.
