Wash the peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds. Cut the sausage into fine pieces.

Mash the feta cheese and mix it with the beaten eggs. Add the chopped sausages and stir. Stuff the peppers with this mixture.

Arrange them in an oven dish laid out with baking paper and smeared with oil. Sprinkle the peppers on top with oil. Bake until golden in a preheated oven.

Shortly before they're ready, sprinkle them with grated cheese and then bake finished. Garnish with parsley.find similar recipes here
