Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • red wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • samardala - 1 bunch
  • parsley - 2 - 3 sprigs
  • lemons
  • potatoes - 3 - 4
  • feta cheese - for sprinkling
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Cut the pork meat into pieces. Put them in a suitable container and pour the wine over them.

Season with salt and add the finely chopped samardala. Sprinkle with ground white pepper. Leave them for about 30-40 min. to take in the marinade.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Wash and dry them. Fry them in heated oil until golden. Sprinkle with grated feta cheese on top.

Stick the marinated pork pieces onto skewers. Heat up the grill and arrange the skewers. Grill on all sides until ready.

Serve them with French fries with feta cheese and sprinkled with finely chopped samardala and parsley. Garnish with lemon.
