Ingredients

  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • green onions - 4 - 5 bunches
  • eggs - 1
  • bread - 1 slice, dry
  • fenugreek - dry
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Soak the bread and when it softens, strain it from the water. Add it to the mince.

Add the finely chopped green onions, fenugreek (about 1 tbsp), break in the egg and mix until homogeneous.
