Ingredients

  • dock - 7 oz (200 g)
  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g)
  • green onions - 3 - 4 bunches
  • eggs - 4
  • salt
  • oil - 4 - 5 tbsp

Preparation

Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut them into suitable pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and put the onions, dock and spinach in it. Saute until softened.

Pour the mixture into a suitable oven dish. Make 4 "nests" and break the eggs over them. Season with salt.

Bake in a hot oven until the eggs are ready.
