  • chicken - 40 oz (1100 g)
  • sauerkraut - 1 medium - sized head
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • lard - 2 tbsp
  • bay leaf - 3 - 4
  • oil - for smearing

How to make

Boil the cleaned chicken in a tight-closing pot. Season it with salt, smear with oil and sprinkle with paprika on all sides.
