Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 2 cups
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 3 cups
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • flour - as much as it takes in
  • vanilla - 1
  • pudding - 1 packet, chocolate
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • coconut flakes - for sprinkling

How to make

In a bowl, successively mix the yoghurt, baking soda, sugar, oil, flour and vanilla. Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Pour the mixture into an oiled and floured baking form. Bake in a cold oven, initially at 360°F (180 °C) for 10 min. then at 390°F (200 °C) until ready. Once it's ready, leave the cake to cool completely.

Make the pudding according to package directions, then leave it to cool.

Once the cake and pudding are ready, carefully cut the cake through the middle horizontally, remove the upper part, dig out the cake, fill it with 2/3 of the pudding and place the top back on.

Use the rest of the pudding to decorate the cake on top and sprinkle it with colored coconut flakes.
