  • bread - 6 slices, wholegrain
  • champignons - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • feta cheese - 1 oz (35 g)
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • tomatoes - 1, small
  • garlic - 2 scapes
  • oil

How to make

Wash the mushrooms, cut them very finely and saute in 1 tbsp oil in a pan, while stirring frequently.

Once they're ready, add salt to taste and the finely chopped garlic stalks, stir well for a few more seconds and remove from the heat.

Flatten/roll out the bread slices one by one with a rolling pin, so they become dense and thin. Cut away the crusts carefully and put the bread slices in muffin forms.

Distribute the mushrooms in them, put a little feta cheese and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven on the upper element only for 5-10 min. Once they're ready, take them out of the oven and sprinkle with very finely chopped tomato.
