Ingredients

  • biscotti - 25
  • pudding - 1 1/5 cups (300 g), (without boiling), chocolate
  • milk - 3 1/3 cups (800 ml)
  • gelatin - 1 packet
  • coconut flakes - for sprinkling
  • figs - 10 - 12

How to make

Dip some biscotti in the milk and arrange a layer of them along the bottom of a baking form with an adjustable ring. Beat the pudding with the milk using a mixer until you get a thick consistency.

Dissolve the gelatin according to package directions. Add it to the pudding and stir.

Create a wall of biscotti along the side of the form by breaking each biscotti in 2, dipping each piece in the milk and arranging them. Pour the pudding into the form, smooth it out and leave it in the fridge overnight.

Clean the figs, cut them into circles and arrange them on top of the cooled pudding. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
