Ingredients

  • for the layer
  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • flour - 1/2 cup (130 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 2
  • for the cream mixture
  • vanilla cream - 1 packet
  • gelatin - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • milk - 1 2/5 cups (350 ml)
  • cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • fruits - 2/3 cup (150 g), raspberries and blackberries
  • glaze - 4/5 cup (200 g), strawberry

How to make

Beat the eggs. Add the sugar and continue beating until you get a fluffy cream. Add the flour with the baking powder and vanillas.

Stir well and pour the mixture into an oven dish laid out with baking paper. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 15 min. Take it out and roll the layer up with the baking paper.

Then wrap it with a moist towel and leave it to cool. Make the vanilla cream according to package directions but use 1 2/5 cups (350 ml) milk. Beat the other cream and add part of it to the other mixture.

Add in the gelatin and stir well. Unroll the cake layer and even out its edges. Distribute the vanilla cream mixture on top evenly and sprinkle with the fruits. Carefully roll it back up tightly.

Smear it with the remaining cream and pour on the glaze. Decorate with more cream, melted white chocolate and fruits.
