How to make

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the smearing of the meat. Dry the meat and smear it with the resulting mixture. Wrap it in stretch foil and leave it in the fridge for several hours. Then put it in an oven dish, pour water and wrap with foil.

Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 2 hours. Toward the end, remove the foil and bake until golden. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and arrange them in an oven dish.

Place a slice of ham, with a slice of emmental next to it on the table, overlapping them. Roll this up into a roll and cut it into 3 parts. Salt and sprinkle the mushrooms with black pepper. Put a slice of roll into each mushroom.

Pour a little water into the oven dish and bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 20 min.

Serve the roast pork on a platter with the stuffed mushrooms and pomegranate seeds. The dish is suitable for the New Year's celebration, ends up delicious and doesn't require a lot of time to make.
