Ingredients

  • biscuits - 2 1/2 cups, crumbled
  • butter - 4 tbsp
  • cream cheese - 1 2/5 cups (350 g), Philadelphia
  • mascarpone - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • coffee - 4 tbsp
  • eggs - 4
  • chocolate - 2 oz (60 g), grated
  • walnuts - 2/3 cup (150 g), ground
  • bonbons - 10, chocolate, with filling

How to make

Mix the biscuits with the melted butter. Distribute the mixture along the bottom and sides of a form.

Bake 8 min. at 360°F (180 °C). Take the ready cake layer out and let it cool.

Mix together both types of cheeses. To them add the sugar and eggs. Stir the mixture and divide it into 2 parts.

Mix one part with the bonbons and the other with the chocolate, coffee and walnuts.

Cover the layer with the first mixture and bake 30 min. at 350°F (175 °C).

Next, take it out, pour on the dark mixture and bake another 30 min. at the same temperature.

Once it cools, leave it in the fridge overnight.
