Ingredients

  • chicken - 28 oz (800 g)
  • peppers - 1 red + 1 green
  • onions - 1 head
  • tomatoes - 2
  • carrots - 2
  • rice - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • savory

  • yoghurt - 2/3 cup (150 g)

How to make

Wash the chicken meat and cut it into pieces. Pour water in a pot and once it comes to a boil, put the chicken meat in it. Add salt and oil and boil until the meat is nearly ready.

Add the finely chopped onion, peppers, grated carrots and washed rice. Add the spices 10 min. before removing the soup from the stove.

Beat the yolk with the yoghurt, pour a little of the soup into it and stir. Pour this thickening agent in a thin trickle into the soup, while stirring nonstop. Remove the soup from the stove and serve with fresh parsley.
