Boil the unpeeled potatoes in salted water. Wait for them to cool and peel them.

Cut each potato into 3 and put slices of cheese between them. Wrap with strips of jamon on top and sprinkle with thyme.

Butter an oven dish and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 10 min.find similar recipes here
