  • potatoes - 5
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • jamon - 3.5 oz (100 g), cut into strips
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • thyme
  • salt

How to make

Boil the unpeeled potatoes in salted water. Wait for them to cool and peel them.

Cut each potato into 3 and put slices of cheese between them. Wrap with strips of jamon on top and sprinkle with thyme.

Butter an oven dish and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 10 min.
