Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • pears - 1 cup, grated
  • brown sugar - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • cream cheese - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • cream - 1 cup
  • butter - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp
  • flour - 2 cups
  • baking powder - 1
  • cognac - 2 tbsp
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Combine the pears with the cognac and leave them aside for 20 min.

Beat the cream cheese with both types of sugar, add the eggs and melted butter, cream and pears.

Gradually add the flour with the baking powder and finally, when adding the cocoa, stir the mixture by hand.

Bake at 360°F (180 °C) until ready.
