Ingredients

  • pork clod - 21 oz (600 g)
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp, smoked
  • cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • beer - 1 cup
  • parsley - several bunches

How to make

Clean the onions and potatoes. Chop the onions finely, the potatoes - coarsely.

Clean the garlic and chop it finely.

Cut the meat into approximately same-sized pieces.

Put the meat, potatoes, onions and garlic in an oven dish, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper. Add the thyme and oregano to taste, pour on the olive oil, stir and pour in the beer.

Heat the oven to 360°F (180 °C), cover the oven dish with aluminum foil and put it to bake for 1 hour, then remove the foil and bake another 20 min. until the potatoes and meat get a nice crisp.

Finally, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
