  • paprika - 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • oil - 1 cup
  • black pepper
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)

measures

How to make

Boil the pork until ready and debone it.

Heat the oil in a pot and braise the finely chopped onions and leeks. Cook until they soften. Add the chopped tomatoes, mushrooms and carrot, then the peeled and diced potatoes.

Cook while stirring nonstop until the vegetables saute and soften. Add the paprika, deboned meat and pour in broth until it covers the ingredients.

Season with salt and black pepper. Cook on low heat until the dish thickens.

Finally, add the flour that you've diluted in a little water (it needs to become a sludge) and stir. Cook for another 1-2 min. and remove the dish from the stove. Garnish with parsley.
