  • pears - 2 small or 1 large
  • walnuts - 5 - 6
  • brown sugar - 1 tbsp
  • for the crust
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • flour - as much as it absorbs
  • for the cream
  • mascarpone - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • powdered sugar

How to make

Make a butter dough from 1 egg, 2/5 cup (100 g) butter and as much flour as needed to get a soft, smooth and almost nonstick dough.

Leave it in the fridge for half an hour, then roll it out into a thin layer. Transfer it onto baking paper. Make holes in the layer lightly with a fork and then spread on the cream.

Make the cream from the mascarpone (you can mix sour cream with cream cheese instead) and powdered sugar. Smear the dough with this cream and arrange the peeled and sliced pieces of pears on top. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and bake at 370°F (190 °C).

First bake on the lowest element, then take it up to the middle of the oven. After 15 min., take the pie out and add the walnuts and brown sugar.
