Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • feta cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - 1 - 2 pinches

  • paprikash - 1 jar, pepper/tomato mix
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt
  • black pepper

  • flour - 1 tsp

How to make

Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and put them into a bowl. To the yolks add the grated cheese, feta and spices.

Stir well and fill the egg whites with this mixture. In a pan heat the oil. Braise the onions and garlic in it. Add 1 tsp flour and the paprikash (blended beforehand).

Add the spices for the sauce and leave it for 15 min. on the stove. Boil it and pour it into an oven dish.

Place the stuffed eggs on top and bake the dish at 430°F (220 °C) for about 20 min. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped fresh onions or parsley.
