  • corn - 2 cans
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • oil
  • vinegar
  • salt
  • dill
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2, boiled

How to make

Roast the peppers and put them in a plastic bag briefly. Peel them and remove their seeds. Cut them and place in a colander for 5 min.

In a bowl, mix the peppers and strained corn. Add the chopped garlic, dill and season. Transfer to a plate and grate the feta cheese on top. Decorate with the boiled eggs or grate them too.
