Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 4, from the neck, 9 oz (250 g) each
  • red wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • soy sauce - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp

How to make

Combine all of the spices. Sprinkle some lightly along the bottom of a suitable container. Place 2 steaks on top. Sprinkle with spices again.

Place the rest of the steaks and sprinkle with the remaining spices.

Combine the wine, milk and soy sauce, stir well and pour this over the steaks until they're covered.
