How to make

Chop the onion and saute it in oil with the mushrooms and parsley. Add the chopped pork and potato balls. Season with the spices and leave it to simmer for 10 min. on low heat.

Then let it cool. In the meantime, make balls from the mince and form them into nests using the beer can. Arrange them in an oven dish, while placing a piece of processed cheese and pickles in each one.

Add the resulting stuffing as well. Place a piece of prosciutto and grated cheese into each nest. Put the nests in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven and bake for 60 min.
