Ingredients

  • for the layer
  • sugar - 2 points
  • baking powder - 2
  • eggs - 12
  • flour - 2 cups
  • for the cream
  • mascarpone - 1 cup (250 g)
  • confectionery cream - 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
  • vanilla - 2
  • for the glaze
  • eggs - 6 whites
  • powdered sugar - 7 - 8 tbsp

Preparation

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the layer. Bake the mixture in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Cut the resulting layer in half and make 2 layers from one of the halves.

In a deep container, beat the confectionery cream, mascarpone, vanilla and sugar.

In a suitable container, place one of the layers, pour the sugar syrup over it (sweetened water or compote juice).

Smear with the cream and place the other layer. Prepare the glaze by beating the egg whites with the sugar into snow. Smear the cake with it.
