Ingredients

  • peppers - 2 lb (1 kg), large, straight
  • eggs - 4
  • parsley
  • feta cheese - 1 1/2 cups, grated
  • salt
  • flour
  • oil - for frying
  • yoghurt - for serving
  • tomatoes - for decoration

How to make

Roast and peel the peppers, clean and salt them. Stir the feta cheese with 2 eggs and the parsley. Fill the peppers with this mixture.

Next, roll them subsequently in flour and whipped eggs. Fry until reddened.
