Ingredients

  • chicken fillet - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • champignons - 9 oz (250 g), large
  • dock - 10 leaves
  • carrots - 2
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • green garlic - 1 bunch
  • tomatoes - 2
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 - 2 pinches
  • chicken broth - 1 cube
  • lovage - 2 bunches
  • spearmint - 1 tsp or several leaves fresh
  • parsley - 5 - 6 bunches

How to make

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and put them in a deep pan on the stove with a little oil to saute, plus pour in just a bit of water.

Once the meat is left in just oil, sprinkle with paprika, stir, then take the pieces out into a bowl and sprinkle with a little salt.

Cut the carrots into round slices and put them in the same oil, braise briefly and stir.

Add the mushrooms, which you've cut into slices beforehand. Shortly after, add the onions and garlic and stir again.

Wash the dock and cut it, add it to the pan, plus the diced tomatoes too. Optionally, add a cup of water.

Sprinkle with the spice and cook briefly until the vegetables soften. Finally, return the chicken meat to the veggies and stir.
