Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • peppers - 10, red, roasted
  • pickles - 1 jar
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • olives - 15
  • parsley
  • dill
  • black pepper

How to make

First, boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them to a puree. Boil the eggs and peel them. Cut the roasted peppers and pickles finely.

In a deep glass cook pot, place half the mashed potatoes. Pour half the mayonnaise on top. On top of it, grate half the feta cheese.

Next, pour in all the roasted peppers. Grate in 2 eggs, sprinkle with half the spices.

Put in the rest of the mashed potatoes, mayonnaise again, feta, spices and grated cheese. Finish off with the final egg.

Decorate with olives and carrots or as desired. Serve with cooled brandy.
