Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 1 cup, red, peeled and diced finely
  • onions - 2
  • spinach - 2 oz (50 g), frozen
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • parsley - fresh
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp

Preparation

Put the 2 onions, chopped into medium-sized pieces, to saute in the oil and 1/2 cup warm water. Once softened and left in just oil, salt to taste, sprinkle with black pepper to taste, paprika and sugar.

Add the diced tomatoes and stir several times. Add the frozen spinach along with finely chopped parsley to taste. Pour in 2 cups warm water and boil the dish roughly 15-20 min.

Then, while constantly stirring, add the flour which you've beaten with a little water.

Boil the stew with the flour another 1-2 min. with the lid off. If necessary, pour in more water or thicken with more flour, depending on how thick you want the dish.find similar recipes here
