Ingredients

  • chicken - 17.5 oz (500 g), meat
  • tomatoes - 1 cup
  • onions - 2 heads
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper
  • peppers - 3, red, roasted
  • oregano - 1 pinch
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • potatoes - 2, boiled

Preparation

Pour water over the chicken meat in a pot, salt it and boil until ready.

Peel the potatoes, cut them and also boil and drain. Next, take the chicken meat out and cut it into cubes.

Peel and chop the onions, roast the peppers on the grill, peel and cut into strips.

Heat oil in a pan, saute the chopped onions, add the chicken meat and chopped peppers to fry a bit, then pour in the chopped tomatoes with the paprika.

Next, add the boiled potatoes. Stir, season with salt, black pepper, oregano and pour in a cup of water.

Leave them on low heat for the liquid to boil off and for the flavors to mix.
