Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 17.5 oz (500 g), sheets
  • filling
  • eggs - 3
  • feta cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • water - 10 tbsp, warm
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • salt - 1 pinch

Preparation

First, prepare the filling. Mix all of the products in the order listed.

Arrange all of the phyllo pastry sheets, applying filling between them.

Then roll them up into a roll.
