Ingredients

  • biscuits - 1 packet
  • yoghurt - 1 cup, thick
  • sugar - 5 tbsp
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • jam - 1 small jar, strawberry, with whole pieces
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)

How to make

Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and mash them with a mallet.

Stir them with the softened butter in a bowl and pour this into an oven dish like a cake layer. Mix the yoghurt with the sugar and sour cream. Smear the biscuit layer with this mixture. On top, pour in the strawberry jam from the jar and distribute it all over.

Leave it in the fridge to harden and for the biscuits to soak it in.
