Dice the bacon finely and braise it in a little oil. Add the onions and garlic. After 5-6 min., remove from the heat.

Soak the bread in the milk and drain it. Put the mince in a bowl. To it add the onions and garlic, bread, spices and mustard.

Knead well and form a large egg-shaped meatball. Put it in an oven dish laid out with baking paper. Smear it with the glaze and bake for 1 hour at 356°F (180 °C).
