Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 2 sheets
  • cheese - 1 cup, grated
  • eggs - 1
  • salt

Preparation

Whisk the egg with 1-2 pinches of salt.

Divide the phyllo pastry sheets into 8-10 pieces. Combine the pieces in 3's.

Smear them with beaten egg, sprinkle with grated cheese and roll up into rolls.
