Ingredients

  • pork - 7 oz (200 g)
  • red onions - 1 head
  • leeks - 1
  • white wine - 1/5 cup (60 ml)
  • parsley - 2 pinches
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 pinch, powdered

Preparation

Cut the meat into bites and marinate them in the soy sauce, salt, black pepper, powdered garlic.

Heat the oil in a saucepan, saute the chopped leeks and onions. Add the meat, braise it as well. Pour in the wine and stir.

Cook until the meat and onions are fully ready.
