Chop the onions finely. Add them to the mince along with spices of your choice. Knead well. Take a cake form and butter it.

Put half the mince in it. Arrange the pitted olives on top, strips of carrots and round slices of eggs and processed cheese.

Cover the filling with the remaining mince. Smooth it out well, smear with a little oil and bake at 392°F (200 °C) about 35 min.

Take the mince cake out of the oven and leave it to cool. Invert it carefully onto an oven dish. Sprinkle it with grated cheese and return to the oven for a few min.find similar recipes here
