Ingredients

  • pork - 23 oz (650 g)
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • jerky - 7 oz (200 g)
  • onions - 2 head
  • carrots - 3
  • tomatoes - 3, canned
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • olives - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • processed cheese - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • red wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • spices - 1 - 2 tsp, for pork
  • parsley

How to make

Cut the meat into cubes and braise it. To it, add the onions, cut into crescents, and the carrots, roundly sliced.

Add the potatoes, tomatoes, spices and wine. After boiling for a bit, add the sliced jerky and olives.

Pour a little oil in a clay pot. Put a piece of feta cheese at the bottom. Pour in the mixture from the pan into it. Pour in about 1/2 cup water and close with a lid.

Bake at 430°F (220 °C) for 1 hour 30 min. Take the clay pot out, sprinkle it with pieces of processed cheese.

Cover it again and return to the oven for 10 min. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
