Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 2, roasted
  • potatoes - 4 - 5
  • zucchini - 1 - 2
  • vegetables - 4/5 cup (200 g), broccoli, carrots, corn, peas
  • peppers - 4, red, roasted
  • bechamel sauce - 1 packet, ready - made
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)

Preparation

Cut the zucchini and potatoes into round slices. Arrange them in an oven dish, overlapping them. Put pieces of 2 roasted peppers in between them.

Bake the chicken in the oven with a little oil for 25 min. if it's raw. Cut the meat into a bowl. To it, add the vegetables and remaining 2 peppers, cut into round slices. Salt and sprinkle with black pepper to taste. Stir well and pour the mixture into the middle of the oven dish with the zucchini and potatoes. Sprinkle with oil and bake the dish for 30-35 min.

Once the veggies, soften, pour the Bechamel sauce over them. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 10-15 min.find similar recipes here
