Ingredients

  • biscuits - 21 oz (600 g)
  • jam - 2 jars, strawberry
  • cream cheese - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • liquid cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • vanilla - 1
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

Preparation

Beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla. Separately, beat the liquid cream, then add it to the mixture. Stir with a spatula.

In a bowl, crumble the biscuits finely. In another bowl, mix the jam with the water.

Put 1 tsp of jam, biscuits and jam again at the bottom of a cup. Cover with the cream and repeat this order until you've filled the cup.

Finally, sprinkle with the biscuit crumbs. Leave them to sit overnight.
