Ingredients

  • couverture chocolate - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • eggs - 10
  • powdered sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • flour - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)

Preparation

Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.

Beat the eggs with a mixer and add the sugar and flour. Continue beating until the sugar melts.

Stir the egg mixture with the melted chocolate and butter.

Pour them into metal dessert cups and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for 15-18 min. Garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.find similar recipes here
