Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 1 cup (225 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • baking powder - 1 packet
  • flour - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • for the syrup
  • water - 2 cups
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • citric acid - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Put all the ingredients (without the ones for the syrup) in a bowl and stir to get a soft dough.

Put the dough in a pastry bag, spray out tulumbas directly into a pot with oil. Fry until reddened.

Pour the syrup over them once fried.
