Ingredients

  • pork - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 tsp, smoked
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • spice mix - 1 tsp, for meat
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • onions - 1 tbsp, dehydrated

Preparation

Cut the meat into pieces, put them in a bowl. Add the spices, soy sauce, dehydrated onions and finely chopped garlic.

Rub the spices into the meat.

Leave in the fridge for 2 hours to marinade.

Put the meat in an oven bag and close it, put the bag in an oven dish and smother in the oven at 356°F (180° C) for an hour. Then open the bag very carefully so you don't burn yourself from the steam, pour the meat into the oven dish directly and crisp for 15 min.
