Ingredients

  • mascarpone - 1 cup (250 g)
  • dulce de leche - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • confectionery cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 g), liquid
  • biscuits - 10.5 oz (300 g), cocoa

Preparation

Put the dulce de leche and mascarpone in a large bowl, beat until fluffy.

Separately, beat the confectionery cream and gradually add it to the other mixture. Stir carefully with a wooden spoon or spatula.

Prepare bowls and pour a few tablespoons of this mixture in them.

Crumble 4 cocoa biscuits coarsely on top and add more cream. Keep alternating until out of ingredients.
